25 Self-Care Basket Ideas Your Friends Will Love

We all have times when we’re exhausted and need some time to rest and rejuvenate. It’s just a part of life.

And sometimes, we have people we care about that we KNOW need time to rest and rejuvenate. (Though they may not be taking it!)

Enter the self-care basket. It’s a collection of items in a basket to give the receiver a chance to slow down, unwind, and recover. In this post, I’ve curated 25 different types–some that are pre-made and some that I designed from scratch–to help people of all kinds slow down and de-stress.

I’ve been on the receiving end of these a few times, and they are AMAZING! (We’re wrapping up a cross-country move, and I wish I had a self-care basket now, haha).
